Christian Sanford is a co-founder of QuantFi, where he helps PE- and VC-backed businesses build investor-grade finance functions, drive strategic clarity, and prepare for and execute transactions. Prior to launching QuantFi, he served as a Fractional CFO for investor-backed companies, focusing on strategy, forecasting, and capital markets, and also executed M&A transactions for sponsors. Earlier in his career, Christian was an investor at Long Pond Capital, a $2.5B hedge fund specializing in real estate and related securities. He began his career in investment banking at Barclays, advising on more than $20B of M&A and capital markets transactions. Christian holds a BBA and an MSA in Accounting from Texas Tech University.

Kenny Jen is a co-founder of QuantFi, where he leads financial strategy for investor-backed companies navigating scale, profitability, and capital allocation. He partners directly with founders, executives, as well as investors to turn financial data and infrastructure into a competitive advantage. His work spans pricing and margin strategy, working capital optimization, and departmental planning for companies from launch through $250M in ARR. Kenny has overseen more than $100M in spend across consumer, SaaS, and manufacturing, guiding capital allocation and operational decisions that drive profitable growth. Before QuantFi, he held senior finance roles at Pilot.com, Pure Beauty, Emil Capital Partners, and Credit Suisse. He brings the perspective of both investor and operator, with a track record of transforming financial insights into actionable tactics. Kenny holds a BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University.
