Subscription-based Services will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. 10. Force Majeure

QuantFi shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, or interruptions in telecommunications.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
