QuantFi is dedicated to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting them.
Refunds are available for services that are unused or deemed unsatisfactory due to an error on our part. To be eligible, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To request a refund, customers must submit a written request to cs@quantfi.us, including proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue. Refund requests will be reviewed, and if approved, will be processed within 10 business days.
Certain services are non-refundable, including those that have been fully rendered. However, QuantFi reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may grant exceptions at its discretion.
